well its almost perfect stats but an alright skin and req 12 so id say 15k or so

Not many stance Rangers out there and req is awfully high. Personaly I would salvage and hope for the vamp, vamp is a very popular mod for barage rangers right now. Not sure youd get more then 10k as is.
